Meet Cam Murray

30+ Years of Construction Mastery. A Lifetime of Stewardship.

Cam Murray’s expertise was forged on a U.S. Naval Airbase and refined in the environmental heart of Eugene, Oregon. She brings over 30 years of industrial-grade project delivery experience to every district in Belize—ranging from managing multi-million dollar semiconductor re-tooling projects to serving as a master trades educator.

Cam has spent her career empowering others, having graduated over 200 women into construction careers and served as a lead instructor for Habitat for Humanity. Her philosophy of "Reclaim, Reuse, Renew" is the heartbeat of Eco Haven. Having lived intentionally in spaces under 200 sq. ft. for over a decade, she understands that true sustainability requires a master’s eye for detail.

While currently deeply engaged in residential development and owner education with the Holistica Belize community, Cam’s advocacy services are available for projects nationwide. She provides the technical "checks and balances" required to turn your vision into a sustainable reality, no matter where in Belize you choose to call home.
