Eco Haven is a Preferred Liaison for the Holistica Belize community. We specifically manage the mandatory septic pre-inspections and final occupancy compliance required by the community covenants. We ensure your project meets these local standards before you move in.
Do I need to be in Belize during the construction process?
No. We act as your eyes and ears on the ground. We provide detailed photo documentation, site-visit scheduling, and post-meeting summaries so you can manage your build with total confidence from anywhere in the world.
What is the "Project Orientation," and is it required?
Yes. This 90-minute foundation session is the essential first step in our roadmap. During this consultation, we align your vision with Belizean reality—covering your budget, timeline, and providing professional recommendations specific to your lot and goals.
Does Eco Haven provide construction services directly?
While Cam brings 30 years of construction mastery and industrial project control experience, our role at Eco Haven is to facilitate builder introductions and provide high-level management to ensure local crews meet your specific technical requirements.
Can you help with sustainable material sourcing?
Absolutely. Guided by our "Reclaim, Reuse, Renew" philosophy, we offer purchasing consultations on tropical-grade materials, moisture resistance, and solar-grid compatibility. We help you choose finishes that are durable, beautiful, and suited for the Belizean climate.
