Owner Advocate & Compliance Specialist — As the preferred construction liaison for the Holistica Belize community, Eco Haven provides essential technical oversight for international lot owners. We manage the critical "dirt-level" logistics that keep projects on track, including mandatory septic system pre-inspections and final occupancy compliance. By bridging the gap between community covenants and Belizean craftsmanship, we ensure every build honors both the land and the legacy of its owners.
